To process all soiled operating equipment from Food and Beverage areas, returning it clean, and to assist in maintaining the kitchen and associated back of house areas in a clean, safe and tidy condition.RESPONSIBILITES:
Operate the kitchen dishwasher in accordance with its correct standard of use.
Ensure all pots, pans, china, glassware, cutlery and related equipment are cleaned and stored in accordance with the standards set.
Display due care in the handling of the above equipment, to minimise breakages and promote safety.
Report any change in the performance of the dish wash machine and its consumption of chemicals, to your manager immediately.
Assist in food preparation as required.
Assist in the receipt and storage of goods, in accordance with company procedures and statutory requirements.
Assist in kitchen and related area cleaning, in accordance with the prescribed cleaning schedule. Related areas include all store rooms, staff changing and toilet area, beer cellar, connecting corridors, refuse yard and any other area deemed by management.
