Casual Soft Play Assistant Part Time
Experience: Evidence of practical experience working in a similar environment would be an advantage

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assist with the safe and efficient running of the soft play facility, ensuring that all safety, customer service and quality standards are met

RESPONSIBILITES:

Ensure high levels of customer service and quality control are maintained at all times in the soft play, kiosk and seating areas
Assist in the food and beverage operations as required, including open/close down procedures, service, stock control and cash control
Assist with reception duties; taking bookings, general enquiries, cash control, conforming to company practices within the soft play area.
Assist with the cleaning of soft play equipment and seating areas
Assist with the general cleaning of the facility as required
Assist in the soft play area as required, ensuring the area is kept clean and tidy and occupation levels are kept within agreed limit
Assist in the party rooms as required ensuring a high level of customer service
Drive to achieve annual targets and KPI’s
Ensure that the facilities comply with Fire, Health and Safety, Food and Hygiene Regulations
Ensure that the security of the premises is maintained at all times
Assist with first aid and emergency action when on duty
Ensure that the security of premises is maintained at all times when on duty
