Working alongside The Comedy Club UK, we're sure you'll love this night packed with fun and side-splitting belly laughs to be held in the top floor Ocean Suite.
Our nights will typically include 3 top named comedians from the prestigious UK comedy circuit. The Comedy Club UK never provide 'Open Mic' acts or comedians that do not already have great reputations live, on TV and invaluable experience.
With some audience participation and ‘Joke of the month’ competition, our new comedy club is likely to be the most fun you can have in Exmouth, with your clothes on!
Join us for a night of laughs! Doors are open from 7pm but feel free to come along to the engine room for delicious food before the show.
“A naturally funny person – very funny indeed!” Jimmy Carr
A former winner of the prestigious Funny Women Award, Suzy is a dynamo of a comic, with a uniquely warm and chatty stage presence which means she is a brilliant MC as well an act. After her appearance on Comedy Idol, Suzy was asked by Jimmy Carr to support him on his “Gag Reflex” tour. In August 2012 she performed at Edinburgh as part of the ‘Comedy Reserve’ at the Pleasance Theatre, one of the most prestigious showcases for up and coming comics.
Show Me The Funny (ITV), ‘Sparky goings-on and charm to spare, as Stuart Goldsmith marries pitch-perfect audience repartee with cleverly woven tales of the everyday.’ The Independent
Former street performer Stuart Goldsmith has a pitch-perfect delivery; with every nuance carefully calculated for maximum impact. The tricks of the comedy trade haven't passed him by. Stuart's infectious banter channels the effortless charisma and quick-fire timing honed over a youth misspent as a street performer. Under the street performing name "Beautiful Stu", he came second in the Street Performance World Championship in 2008 but it’s his achievement of reaching the final 4 in ITV’s 2011 national stand-up competition ‘Show Me The Funny’ which is his biggest achievement to date.
‘So you think you’re Funny’ competition Winner – New Zealand
Javier Jarquin is a regular at the biggest clubs in the UK– delighting audiences with well-crafted jokes and a very likeable stage persona.
He is also a well-known act in his native New Zealand and headlines gigs across Europe. Before coming to the UK in 2010 Javier spent 4 years working as a professional comedian in New Zealand.
After winning the 2007 ‘So You Think You’re Funny’ competition in Christchurch, he played and headlined gigs on the circuit in NZ and Melbourne, appeared on a host of television shows, and was a core member of New Zealand’s longest-running comedy show: Scared Scriptless.
As always tickets are available from our friends at Exmouth Pavilion.

We were in a rush and just had time for a meal of cheeseburger and chips. They were freshly cooked, very tasty, hot and well presented. The staff were attentive and polite. We visited quite early and it was very quiet in there but we were made to feel welcome. 😊
