Ocean statement concerning COVID-19

Dear Guests,

In these challenging times, I wanted to reach out to you personally about what we are doing here at Ocean to support you, your family and your leisure activities. As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic continues to evolve, we are doing everything we can to ensure your safety whilst providing maximum flexibility.

Your Health

Please rest assured that at Ocean we are taking every possible precaution within our control, including increasing regular cleaning within the building. Meanwhile, we encourage our team and customers to wash their hands and use hand sanitisers regularly which are deployed throughout the building.

All Events remain unaffected at present, although we will of course keep you fully informed of any potential cancellations, our website and facebook page will be updated regularly.

Soft play & Bowling

Government and Public Health England’s advice is currently that our leisure activities can continue as normal as long as suitable precautions are in place, and that the Coronavirus is not a serious risk to relatively healthy people, with clear advice for those who may be more vulnerable www.gov.uk/government/organisations/public-health-england.

Should we be advised by the Government or Public Health England to close for a long-term period we will, of course, update you on our plans and response.

At Ocean, we believe it is in challenging times like these that a great local community facility is needed most of all. Whether you are visiting our facilities today or in the future, our team members are ready to welcome you with the highest standards of service and cleanliness possible.

Should you have any concerns please don’t hesitate to contact me directly.
