Our main Ocean Suite is a flexible and private venue with an attractive bar, two terraces, and stunning views of the coastline below. The large function room features state of the art equipment, perfect for presentations, videos, slideshows, speeches and much much more.  The Ocean Suite also features a range of food options, we can make something custom to suit your needs, or, see our sample hot and cold buffet menu for some ideas!

Looking for something smaller? Our smaller terrace and bar area provides a perfect space for a private, and intimate get-together, all while overlooking Exmouths sea-views.

Alternatively, our Estuary Suite brings together our fantastic Deck Restaurant with its fabulous terrace to create a unique space available for private hire. The Deck Restaurant features our signature sea views, that are guaranteed to make any event more memorable, alongside its own catering options.

The building is equipped with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating for the colder months.
