We’re all about making your party planning hassle free. If you’re unsure on the number of guests, you can secure your event by simply booking the “Play ‘n’ Food Box Party” ticket for 10 people. You have the flexibility to add additional guests on at any point up until the date of your event.

The price changes peak-offpeak, and also depends on age, type of session you’re visiting, and ticket you select. However the prices start at £1.50 for under 12 months, £5.95 for ages 1 – 3, and £6.95 for ages 4 – 11.

LED Members get 10% off, when you book online, enter code “LEDMEMBER10” at checkout. You will have to provide a valid LED membership card upon arrival.

Blue light cardholders get 10% off, when you book online, enter code “BLUE” or “FRONTLINE10” at checkout. A blue light card must be shown on arrival.

World of country life members get 10% off, just enter code “WOCL” at checkout. You must provide a valid world of country life membership at checkout.

Please be aware: If a valid discount card is not shown on arrival, you will be charged the difference.

It’s suitable for ages up to 11, older children will class as an adult. We also have a separate 0-5s frame, so the little ones have a separate space from the bigger kids.

Yes, every person that comes into the soft play area needs to have a ticket, including adults and babies under 1

Our play frame is full of chutes, slides, ladders, and interactive equipment for your kids to run around and explore. It’s three-storeys tall and has 3 ball pits. There’s a separate 0-5s frame with it’s own ball pit, slide, nets, ladders and interactive equipment.

We don’t accept walk ins unfortunately, this is because soft play works in session times. If you’re having trouble with our booking system, give us a call on 01395266500, or we can help you in person at the reception, so long as there is availability in the current session.

Our peak sessions are two hours long, but you can visit off-peak (term time) and play all day if you like! To see the length of all upcoming sessions, tap here

Ocean Soft Play is fully accessible via wheelchair and prams.

Soft play has both disabled & baby changing toilet facilities.

Socks must be warn inside the frame, shoes cannot be warn inside the frame. This is to ensure the cleanliness of the play frame. If you forget your socks, we sell sets for £1.60 each
