FAQs
What are the payment options?
All the machines in the arcade are contactless, they unfortunately do not take any cash or chip & pin. Pool tables are paid for via cash or card at the bowling reception.
Do your machines dispense tickets?
Unfortunately we’re not a redemption arcade, which usually offer ticket rewards proportionally to the score of your game. We’re an experience arcade, offering machines with awesome experiences.
What’s do they cost?
Prices range from 50p to £3. Prices are displayed on each machines contactless modules.
What are the opening hours?
See the complex opening times at the bottom of this page.
Are there any age restrictions for any of the games?
Each game displays a preview of the game before playing, if an age is recommended this will be displayed on the machine or game preview.
Is the arcade accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, there are ramps into and throughout the complex for wheelchairs and prams. There are disabled and baby changing toilet facilities.
Do you have food & drinks available on site, are there any policies I should be aware of?
We have a restaurant, The Engine Room, serving a full menu, snacks, soft, hot, and alcoholic drinks. Which you can take anywhere in the arcade with you, or a nearby table.
We’re afraid you can’t bring your own food and drinks in with you.

If you let a member of the team know we will assist where we can or report the issue to SEGA. All the machines in the arcade are owned and maintained by SEGA
